To develop this goal, Preferredmeats.com has focused on finding the highest quality products available, and then maintaining that quality. To accomplish this, we have gone to the growers and producers of our fine products to learn how their products are raised, handled, what they are fed, and how they are processed.

With this knowledge in hand, we at Preferred Meats inc keep in close contact and communications with our customers to better understand their individual needs, then provide them with the best quality products and cuts. Our "preferred cuts" are tender. We cut for better yields. Our all-natural hangar steaks are always "pan ready". Tunnel boned quail are ready for stuffing or grilling. Our Kurobuta and Duroc pork are from small family farms.
